LEGAL NOTICE: Please be advised there will be a public hearing held during the City of Mason Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.in the City Council Chambers of the Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. The public hearing will be held to review the following items: PLN20-0096 A variance is being requested from the Mason Zoning Code, Chapter 1185.2 Fences and Walls, for a property at 3766 Normandy Ct. This section of the Zoning Code does not allow fences in a front yard. The applicant is requesting a variance to construct a fence past the side of the house that also has frontage on Stonemark Ct. PLN20-0098 A variance is being requested from the Mason Zoning Code, Chapter 1185.2 Fences and Walls, for a property at 3944 Chatsworth Dr. This section of the Zoning Code does not allow fences in a front yard. The applicant is requesting a variance to construct a fence past the side of the house that also has frontage on Hartfield Ln. PLN20-0104 A variance is being requested from the Mason Zoning Code, Chapter 1147.5 R-1 through R-4 Single Family Development Standards, for a property at 3875 Top Flite Ln. This section of the Zoning Code requires a thirty (30) feet rear yard setback for accessory structures or any addition thereof. The applicant is requesting a variance to construct a covered patio where a corner of the structure would encroach approximately four (4) feet into the thirty (30) feet rear yard setback.
