LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION OF A PUBLIC ROAD Notice is hereby given that there is before the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio the matter of vacating a portion of a Public Road/Alley known as Redwood Boulevard on the line hereinafter described: Consisting of an unimproved 80 foot wide strip of land located between 127 Larchmont Road and 201 Larchmont Road, starting at the west edge of Larchmont Road and continuing west until terminating at the east edge of 330 Tuttle Road, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The Board has fixed the 26th day of August, 2020, at approximately 10:00 a.m. as the date and time for the hearing of said proposed vacation. Said hearing will be held in Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio.
