Legal Notice The Morgan Township Board of Trustees hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held by the Trustees, in the Morgan Township Administration meeting room, 3141 Chapel Road, Okeana, OH 45053 on December 10, 2019 at 7:00 pm to approve Zoning Resolution 2019-04 on a zoning change for two parcels located in Shandon, OH. The applicants are asking that both parcels be changed from A1/B2 to B3 pursuant to Article 22 of the Morgan Township Zoning Resolution. The Morgan Township Zoning Commission approved a modified zoning change on November 20, 2019 The specific location of the parcels are as follows: Morgan Township Section 26, Town 3, Range 1 Parcel #1 5022 Cincinnati Brookville Road, Hamilton, OH 45013 Parcel # G3210026000010 7.83 acres Owner: Ronald D. Allen ETAL Parcel #2 5024 Cincinnati Brookville Road, Hamilton, OH 45013 Parcel # G3210026200009 1.1670 acres Owner: Eldon I. Burns (deceased) Both parcels are currently zoned B2 for one-hundred and twenty feet (120 ft.) from the edge of the road and the remaining portion is A1. The applicants are asking that both properties be zoned B3.
