LEGAL NOTICE TIME & PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR VACATION OF ROAD Notice is hereby given that there is before the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio the matter of vacating a Public Road. Bethel Township Trustees are requesting vacation of Forest Road, east of Lake Road in the Crystal Lakes Subdivision. The Board has fixed the 25th day of January, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. as the date and time for the public HEARING of said proposed vacation. Said hearing will be held at the Springview Government Center in the Commission Chambers, Room 151, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio.
