LEGAL NOTICE VARIANCE HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be holding a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio on September 12, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider BZA Case No. 2019-300, an application for variance filed by Stephen L. Cahill, Abercombie & Associates, Inc., (the "Applicant") pertaining to properties located at 6498 Snidercrest Road and 6529 Irwin-Simpson Road, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio (Warren County Auditor's Parcels No. 1502126008 & 1502251001). The variance sought by the Applicant is to Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution: Section 6.01 (A)(3)(I)(i,ii) (Panhandle Lots). The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Deerfield Township Zoning Department Offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
