LEGAL NOTICES City of Franklin, Ohio Notice of Public Hearings Franklin City Council introduced the following Ordinance on November 16, 2020 and will conduct public hearings during its VIRTUAL MEETING on December 7, 2020 at 6 p.m. conducted in compliance with Ohio's newly passed COVID-19 Public Meeting Law. All attendees participate via a video and audio link and all documents to be referenced in the meeting will be posted to the City of Franklin website at www.franklinohio.org before the meeting is called to order. The public will be heard just as it would be heard just as it would be heard in a traditional, in person, meeting. ORDINANCE 2020-14 REPEALING ORDINANCE 2005-22 TO ELIMINATE THE SAFETY OCCUPANCY PERMIT FEE This Ordinance replaces the emergency ordinance passed at last council meeting and will permanently amend the Fee Schedule to eliminate the fee currently charged for Safety Occupancy Permits.
