Notice is hereby given that the City of New Carlisle Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 30, 2023, 6:00PM at the Smith Park Shelter House, 801 West Jefferson Street, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344. The purpose of the hearing is review, discuss, hear public comments, and vote on a minor lot split application submitted by the City of New Carlisle. The purpose of the lot split is to accommodate the potential building of 4 new residential homes on the Madison Steet School property. 3-15/2023
