NOTICE OF PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION Notice is given that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 6:40 PM EDT, in the City Commission Forum, City Hall, 76 East High Street, Springfield, Ohio, to consider the vacation of four feet off the west side of Central Ave between the north line of E Pleasant St and the south line of the D.T.&I.
