NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CITY OF FRANKLIN, OHIO 45005 The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Franklin will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 5:30 P.M. to hear the following Case: BZA 20-04 Scott Blake, 410 Forest Avenue, Franklin, Ohio 45005 requests a variance to Chapter 1113.05(h)(2)(B) to install a six-foot-high privacy fence in the front yard of his property at 414 Forest Avenue. This property is located in the R-3, Central Residential District. All interested persons are invited to attend and express their concerns or interests. The Hearing will be conducted in compliance with Ohio's Public Meeting Law in response to COVID-19. It is being held virtually. All participants, including the BZA Members and Franklin Staff, members of the press, and the public, will participate via a video and audio link. All documents to be referenced in the meeting will be posted to the City of Franklin website at www.franklinohio.org before the meeting is called to order.
