NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431, on Monday, October 21th, 2019 at 6:30 PM, to hear the following Planning Commission Cases; 19-0009 Public Hearing - Zoning Map Amendment. To consider for recommendation the rezoning of seven properties along the south side of Linden Ave. west of Woodman Dr, from B- 2, General Business to UC-Urban Core. Parcels under consideration include; 4140 Linden Ave. (I39 101602 0007); 4134 Linden Ave. (I39 101602 0006); 4130 Linden Ave. (I39 101602 0005); 4134 Linden Ave. (I39 101602 0004); 4126 Linden Ave. (I39 101602 0002); 4032 Linden Ave. (I39 101602 0001); and Linden Ave. (I39 101602 0003) (undeveloped). 19-0010 Public Hearing - Text Amendment (UDO) To consider recommendation of an amendment to Riverside Unified Development Ordinance Section 1115.01(C)(1)(b) regarding the permitted location of accessory buildings in all zoning districts. [RS UDO 1105.07]. Planning Commission authority is regulated by Section 1103.05 of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance.
