NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431, on Monday, November 18th, 2019 at 6:30 PM, to hear the following Planning Commission Cases; 19-0006 Public Hearing Text Amendment (UDO) - to consider enactment of a new UDO Ordinance, Section 1115.17 Mobile Food Vehicle Ordinance, to regulate permitting and enforcement of Mobile Food Vehicle uses within the City. 19-0012 Public Hearing - Text Amendment (UDO) To consider recommendation of an amendment to Riverside Unified Development Ordinance Section 1115.01(E)(6)(c) regarding the permitted location of decks in all zoning districts. Planning Commission authority is regulated by Section 1103.05 of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance.
