The property in question is located at 10811 Schiller Rd. in Bethel Township. Rezoning Case #Z-2019-12, Property Owner/Applicant Veterans Best Home Improvement LLC, who is seeking to rezone 1.13 acres from R-4S to O-1 for a Real Estate Office, training room for realtors, and other allowed professional business services or office space. The property in question is located at 7373 Dayton-Springfield Rd. in Mad River Township.
