Main Street, Springfield, Ohio to hear the following: Rezoning Case #Z-2019-10, Property Owner/Applicant JTS Capital Realty LLC, who is seeking to rezone 2.67 acres from O-1 to R-2A to allow for a single-family residence. The property in question is located at the southwest corner of Hunt Pkw. and Derr Rd. (PID #220-03-00027-100-026) in Moorefield Township. Rezoning Case #Z-2019-11, Property Owners/Applicants Steve & Annette Triplett, who are seeking to rezone 33.56 acres from A-1 to PD-R to allow for two separate dwellings: to add a detached in-law suit, not to be used as a rental. The property in question is located at 10811 Schiller Rd. in Bethel Township. Rezoning Case #Z-2019-12, Property Owner/Applicant Veterans Best Home Improvement LLC, who is seeking to rezone 1.13 acres from R-4S to O-1 for a Real Estate Office, training room for realtors, and other allowed professional business services or office space. The property in question is located at 7373 Dayton-Springfield Rd. in Mad River Township.
