NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2019, beginning at 2 pm., in Conference Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio to hear the following: 1. Case #BZA-2019-36; Property Owner/Applicant ALBAT Inc., who is seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section 212 to reduce the side setback from 40 ft. to 26.18 ft. to allow for a 40 ft. by 56 ft. addition to an existing storage building. The property in question is located at 10988 Gerlaugh Rd. in Bethel Township. 4. Case #BZA-2019-39; Property Owner/Applicant Eric Huels, who is seeking a Variance Chapter 2, Section 201 to reduce the side setback from 25 ft. to 18 ft. to allow for a roof addition over an existing rear porch. The property in question is located at 612 Old Mill Rd. in Mad River Township.
