NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 19, 2019, beginning at 2 pm., in Conference Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio to hear the following: 1. Case #BZA-2019-36; Property Owner/Applicant ALBAT Inc., who is seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section 212 to reduce the side setback from 40 ft. to 26.18 ft. to allow for a 40 ft. by 56 ft. addition to an existing storage building. The property in question is located at 1900 Lake Rd. in Bethel Township. 2. The property in question is located at 10988 Gerlaugh Rd. in Bethel Township. 4. Case #BZA-2019-39; Property Owner/Applicant Eric Huels, who is seeking a Variance Chapter 2, Section 201 to reduce the side setback from 25 ft. to 18 ft. to allow for a roof addition over an existing rear porch. The property in question is located at 612 Old Mill Rd. in Mad River Township.
