NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Board of Zoning Appeals, located at City Hall, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431 will hold an online virtual Public Hearing using the Zoom Meeting format on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 7:00 P.M., to hear the following Board of Zoning Appeals Cases. Information on connecting to the meeting using Zoom or YouTube can be found on the City webpage (www.riversideoh.gov). 20-0018 A variance request filed by Douglas Baltes, 4601 Penn Ave, Riverside, OH 45432, also identified as parcel ID I39 101411 0022. The applicant is seeking a variance of the City's UDO Sec 1107.05(D)(1)(c), Sec 1115.01(E)(3)(b), and Sec 1115.01(E)(3)(c) to install a 6' vinyl privacy fence within the front yard setback along Mayapple Ave. 21-0001 A variance request filed by David Oakes, 4229 Prince Albert Blvd. Riverside, OH 45404, also identified as parcel IDs I39 00710 0055, I39 00710 0056, I39 00710 0057 and I39 00710 0058. The applicant is seeking a variance of the City's UDO Sec 1107.05(D)(1)(a) and Sec 1107.05(D)(1)(c) to allow a reduction of the minimum lot width and front yard setback requirements.
