NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Rural Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 13, 2022 beginning at 9:00 am. in Conference Room 151 at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503, to consider the following: Rezoning Case #Z- 2022-11, Property Owner William Magulac, Applicant Luke Magulac, to rezone 9.14 acres from R-2A to B-4 for a self-storage development. The subject property is located behind 11884 Gerlaugh Rd., PID #010-05-00031-400-003 & -008, in Bethel Township. Rezoning Case #Z-2022-12, Property Owner Edmund Jing Enterprises LLC, Applicant Charles Huff, to rezone 5.504 acres from B-3S to A-1 for agriculture, farm market, outdoor and indoor farming, and single-family residence. The subject property is located at 1215 Old Mill Rd. in Mad River Township. After the conclusion of these hearings, these matters will be submitted to the Board of Clark County Commissioners for their action. The zoning map and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at Clark County Community & Economic Development, 3130 E.
