NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 310 Larchmont Rd, Springfield, Ohio 45503 5185 Kerns Rd, Springfield, Ohio 45502 431 Lyle Ave, Springfield, Ohio 45505 2000 S Bird Rd, Springfield, Ohio 45505 2609 Springfield Xenia Rd, Springfield, Ohio 45505 644 Vale-Cemetery Rd, Springfield, Ohio 45504 36 Hickory Dr, Springfield, Ohio 45503 Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 505.87, notice is hereby given that the Springfield Township Trustees will hold a hearing on Tuesday June 28th, 2022 at 5:45 PM at 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road, Springfield OH 45506. The subject of the hearing will be whether your maintenance of the vegetation, garbage, refuse, or other debris on the property constitutes a nuisance. At the hearing you may be represented by an attorney and present evidence regarding these issues. One or more township employees will present evidence as to the state of the Subject Property and whether your maintenance of it constitutes a nuisance.
