NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Liberty Township Administration Building, 5021 Winners Circle Drive, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: BZA23-001: Glenn and Gina Edwards are requesting a variance under Section 4.12.4(2) of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for reduced side yard setback for a pole barn from the required 10' minimum to 6' from the south property line. The subject property is located at 7412 Linn Road, Parcel ID# D2020-054.000-019. BZA23-002: New Signs Ohio is requesting a variance under Section 9.4.5(2)(c) of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for a pole supported sign and Section 9.4.5(2)(d) to exceed the 12' maximum height allowed for structures 50,000 99,000 square feet. Parcel ID# D2010-007.000-042. BZA23-003: The Drees Company and Hickory Woods Development are requesting a variance under Section 4.10.3(1) and Table 4.10-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution for a reduced front yard setback from the required 50' minimum to 40' for all 112 single-family residential lots to be platted in the Caravel subdivision. The subject property is located at 7000 Kyles Station Road, Parcel ID# D2010-020.000-009.
