Notice of Public Hearing the Springfield Township Board

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, 09/27/2023 at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the following cases: Case # BZA-2023-12, Steve and Annette Triplett who are requesting a Variance from Article 29 Section 2904 D. to allow more than 800 SF of accessory buildings on a lot under one (1) acre and a Variance to allow a zero foot (0 ft.) setback for an accessory building at 769 Shrine Road. Case # BZA-2023-13, Jay and Allison North, who are requesting a Variance from Article 29 Section 2904 F. to allow a detached accessory building in the front yard less than three hundred feet (300 ft.) from the road Right-of-Way at 450 Leander Drive.
