Clarksville Rd., Waynesville, OH, to consider a variance application filed by Paul and Yvonne Kaszubowski for 3072 State Route 73 (PID: 0513100010). The applicants seek variance from §2.302.1 of the Wayne Township Zoning Code, requiring a 2 acre minimum residential lot in the R-1 zone.
