NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wayne Township Zoning Commission will hold the first public hearing at 7:00 pm, Thurs. Nov. 5, 2020, to take public comment in consideration of a recommendation for approval or disapproval of a rezoning application filed by Ronald and Mary Frommling to the Board of Township Trustees. The applicant seeks to rezone property located at 5970 Middletown Rd., Waynesville, PID # 0904200008, from R-1 to C, recreational. Pursuant to HB 197, the public hearing will be conducted by video conference instead of meeting in person at the typical location.
