NOTICE OF PUBLIC VIEWING AND HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Montgomery County, Ohio will hold two separate public hearings relative to the proposed boundary changes in township lines of 158.448 acres located in Butler Township and the City of Union involving parcel numbers A01 00101 0009 11775 Dog Leg Road; A01 00205 0002 County Line Road; A01-00205 0003 11763 Dog Leg Road in Butler Township and 41.024 acres located in Miami Township and the City of Miamisburg involving parcel numbers K45 02609 0034 9547 Miamisburg Springboro Road; K45 02609 00056 Miamisburg Springboro Road; K45 02609 0069 Medlar Road; K45 02609 0022 9547 Miamisburg Springboro Road in Miami Township. The public hearings will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin in Room 1001, Tenth Floor, County Administration Building, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio, 45422.
