PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - Adoption of the ICC "International Property Maintenance Code" This notice is published to declare that the Beavercreek Township Board of Trustees has approved and adopted, as modified in Resolution # 2018-263, the ICC "International Property Maintenance Code/2018" as published by the International Code Council and which shall be known as the Property Maintenance Code of Beavercreek Township, Greene County, Ohio. The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals will serve as the appeals board for the purposes of the Property Maintenance Code. A copy of the Property Maintenance Code will be kept on file in the office of the Fiscal Officer of Beavercreek Township, in the Community Development and Risk Department offices, and at the Greene County Law Library. The Property Maintenance Code shall be enforced by the Beavercreek Township Community Development and Risk Department for the control of structures as provided for in Resolution # 2018-263.
