- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #834 The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of the Beavercreek Township Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton Xenia Rd., on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the BZA may review and act on an application from Jason and Jaime Jones, 1626 Oakwood Trail, Parcel ID B03000200380005700, for a Conditional Use permit to operate businesses as Home Occupations at their residence in the unincorporated area of Beavercreek Township, according to the limitations specified in the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution, Article 3.02. Home Occupations are Conditional Uses in all residential Zoning Districts in Beavercreek Township. This notice was prepared and processed for publication by Planning & Zoning Administrator Ed Amrhein in accordance with state requirements. The BZA action is the final determination on the request, unless otherwise appealed to the Court of Common Pleas. The application for the requested variance may be viewed at the Beavercreek Township Administration Building, 851 Orchard Lane, before the date of the public hearing or by contacting the Planning & Zoning Department at 306-0065, M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 6-25/2019
