- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #838 The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of the Beavercreek Township Fire Station #61, located at 2195 DaytonXenia Rd., on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the BZA may review and act on a variance request (Case #838) made by property owner Jeff Jorgenson. The nature of the request is to seek a variance from the maximum height and size of an accessory structure in a Residential district. The applicant is seeking a variance from the maximum height and size permitted per Article 18.05(4) & (5). The permitted height of an accessory structure in a Residential District is not to exceed the height of the principal structure or 14 feet in height, whichever is less. The total floor area of an accessory structure shall not exceed 50% of the footprint of the main building or 900 sq. ft., whichever is less. The proposed accessory structure will be 36 x 48 feet and slightly over 20 feet in height. The property is located at 1675 Woodland Trail in the unincorporated area of Beavercreek Township and is zoned PUD R-1AA Residential. The Greene County Parcel I.D. # is B03000200380014400. This notice was prepared and processed for publication by Zoning Inspector Laurie Brown in accordance with state requirements. The BZA action is the final determination on the request, unless otherwise appealed to the Court of Common Pleas.
