- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES ZONING COMMISSION CASE #817 The Beavercreek Township Trustees will hold a public hearing in the Community Room, lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Monday, October 12, 2020, scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter. The purpose of the hearing is so the Trustees may review and act on a recommendation from the Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission. Over ten parcels were recommended for the application of the Highway Business Overlay zoning classification. Overlay districts do not change the underlying base zoning of a parcel. However, this action will still be considered a Zoning Map amendment. Specific information about the Highway Business Overlay zoning district can be found in Article 9 of the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution. The public may make arrangements to view the Zoning Commission recommendation, maps, and a list of proposed parcels of the proposed zoning change by contacting the Beavercreek Township Zoning Staff at 937-306-0065 or by email at zoning@beavercreektownship.org. If unable to accept digital copies of the materials, anyone may view the documents at the Township Administration Building located at 851 Orchard Ln., Beavercreek, OH 45434 between 8:00am 4:30pm.
