- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES ZONING COMMISSION CASE #816 The Beavercreek Township Trustees will hold a public hearing in the Community Room, lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Monday, October 12, 2020, scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter. The purpose of the hearing is so the Trustees may review and act on a recommendation from the Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission. Parcel #B03000100230001100 was recommended for a change in Zoning designation, which constitutes an amendment to the Zoning Map. The change is from A-1 Agricultural to C-PUD Commercial Planned Unit Development. The public may make arrangements to view the Zoning Commission recommendation and maps of the proposed zoning change by contacting the Beavercreek Township Zoning Staff at 937-306-0065 or by email at zoning@beavercreektownship.org.
