--PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE-- BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES ZONING COMMISSION CASE # 820 The Beavercreek Township Trustees will hold a public hearing in the Community Room, lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Monday, January 25, 2021, scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter. The purpose of the hearing is so the Trustees may review and act on a recommendation by the Zoning Commission to reclassify several parcels into the Mixed-Use Planned Unit Development (MX-PUD) zoning classification. The list of parcels considered for rezoning are listed below. The parcels are located near the intersection of Orchard Ln. and Yellow Brick Rd. This action will be considered a Zoning Map Amendment.
