PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF DAYTON, OHIO City of Dayton and Dayton-Kettering HOME Consortium's 2019 Action Plan Amendment City of Dayton's 2021 Action Plan The City of Dayton will hold a public comment period and public hearing on the 2021 Action Plan and the 2019 Action Plan Amendment #4. These plans outline the planned use of federal entitlement funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs. A presentation and public hearing will take place at the Community & Neighborhood Development Advisory Board (CNDAB) meeting on Monday, October 12, 2020, at 4:30pm. The meeting will be held virtually. Draft copies of the Action Plan and Action Plan Amendment are available for review.
