PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Ordinance 2020-95 will receive a second reading on November 9, 2020 at approximately 7:10 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Mason Municipal Center located at 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. Ordinance 2020-95: Amending the Zoning Code and Zoning Map of the City of Mason, Ohio to provide for the rezoning of approximately 1.59 acres from HT-1 (High Tech Light Industrial) to B-PUD (Business Planned Unit Development) with approval of the Concept Planned Unit Development Plan located between 4920 and 4834 Socialville-Foster Road (White Blossom PUD).
