PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on the following varaince request filed by Scott Norris for a diminsional variance to the permitted heigh of a fence in the side yard, located at 320 N. Mechanic Street, Lebanon, Ohio. The applicant requests a dimensional variance to allow a fence with a height of six (6) feet in the side yard where only four (4) feet is permitted (LCO §1135.14.C.2) at 320 N. Mechanic Street. Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request.
