PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit public input on the following variance request filed by Lebanon ABG, LLC to increase the allowable maximum area of outdoor sales, display, and storage area for the Rural King Retail Store at 1879 Deerfield Road, Lebanon, Ohio. The applicant is requesting a variance to Section 1135.13 (D.6.) of the Official Zoning Code for an increase to 18,109 sq. ft. of total area wherein a maximum of 2,500 sq. ft. is allowed for the outdoor sales, display, and storage area. Any interested person may attend this meeting to express their views and submit information and/or written comments regarding the request.
