PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON CITY COULCIL PUBLIC HEARING The Lebanon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Concept Plan for a Planned Unit Development Zoning Map Amendment requested by Dwell Development LLC, to rezone 6.125 + acres north of Southline Drive and west of Deas Drive (Parcel No. 13362260130 and 13362270140) from R-1CC (Residential One CC) to R-1CC PUD (Residential One CC Planned Unit Development). Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request. The application is available for review in the Department of Planning and Development, Lebanon City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, OH 45036.
