PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON CITY COUNCIL The Lebanon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Zoning Map Amendment requested by the applicant Leo Brown Group, LLC on behalf of the property owner Toll House Farms, Inc. to rezone 18 acres within Parcel No. 1212200045 on Neil Armstrong Way from R-1CC (Residential One-CC) to R-2 (Residential Two). Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request. The application is available for review in the Department of Community Development, Lebanon City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, OH 45036.
