PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Lebanon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Zoning Map Amendment requested by A. W. Cardinal Inc. to rezone 5.4217 + acres at 1831 West Main Street (Parcel No. 12111000342, 1211000341, and 12111000360) from PI (Public Institution) and R-R (Rural Residential) to GC (General Commercial). Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request. The application is available for review in the Department of Planning and Development, Lebanon City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, OH 45036.
