Will hold a public hearing on Monday September 16, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Liberty Township Meeting Center, 6400 Princeton Road, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, for the following Zoning Commission Case described as follows: ZC19-023: Applicant Everest Physical Rehabilitation Hospital is requesting Site Plan Review in the Cox Road Corridor Overlay District and Variances to reduce the required 50% brick and/or natural stone of all facades to 25%; and, to reduce the lot perimeter buffer from 50' to 10' for a 36,709 sq. ft. commercial building on a 17.62-acre site, Parcel #D2010-010-000.004, Section 8, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
