ZC22-016: M/I Homes of Cincinnati, LLC is requesting a Final PUD Plan approval for Phase 3 of the Callaway Place Subdivision. This Final PUD Plan request is a total of 14.51 acres, which includes 38 townhomes in 12 buildings and 32 paired patio homes in 16 buildings and 2 open space lots.
