PUBLIC HEARING NOTICESTATE PLAN The Ohio Department of Development will host a public hearing seeking input on the draft Program Year 2023 Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) State Plan (Authorized Part A, Title IV of the Energy Conservation and Production Act of 1976, Public Law 94-385) on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 1010:30 a.m., or until all testimony has been received. The hearing will be in person in the boardroom of the State Library of Ohio, 274 E. First Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43201, as well as via live webinar.
