Public Notice City of Kettering Public Meeting 2023 CHIP Program Application The City of Kettering will hold its second public meeting on the CHIP Program Application on Friday, June 2 at 12:00 pm in the Deeds Conference room at the Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Rd, Kettering OH 45429. The City of Kettering's application to the Ohio Development Services Agency for the CHIP (HOME) program will allow the City to apply for funding for comprehensive owner occupied housing rehabilitation grants which will benefit low to moderate income persons. The funding application limit is $250,000.00. Currently the city has no program income cash on hand. The City of Kettering will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any requests for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours in advance of the meeting, by contacting Angela Rahman, Community Development Manager (937) 296-2524. 5-26/2023
