Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 5573.10, Notice

Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 5573.10, Notice is hereby given as a property owner within a proposed Cincinnati Dayton Road Landscape Improvement and Maintenance District, you are hereby notified that the West Chester Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on the creation of said district. West Chester Township Board of Trustees is considering the creation of the Cincinnati Dayton Road Landscape Improvement and Maintenance District and its boundaries to advance beautification improvements along Cincinnati Dayton Road, between West Chester Road and the Interstate 75 interchange at Cincinnati Dayton Road. If approved, properties within these boundaries would be assessed costs on a semiannual basis for the next 10 years to maintain the beautification improvements. After reviewing the boundaries of the District, the beautification improvements, and the Township's costs to maintain the improvements, it will be decided by the Board of Trustees whether the assessment is warranted. A Public Hearing will be conducted on the proposed creation of this district before the West Chester Board of Trustees as provided by law on: Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., West Chester Township Trustee Hall, 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, West Chester, Ohio 45069. Due to the COVID-19 circumstances, with a mandate of a limited number of people gathering in one place, interested persons are encouraged to submit comments prior to the public hearing or visit the Township's website to view the public hearing's documentation at www.WestChesterOH.org or view documents by appointment. If appearing in person during the public hearing, social distancing and wearing a mask is strongly encouraged. Please note while this notice is given and the time of the public hearing taking place, West Chester Township reserves the right to modify measurements in place due to COVID-19 for the safety of the Community. The information concerning the above said district will be available for examination for a period of at least 10 days prior to the public hearing, in the West Chester Township Administration Offices, 9113 Cincinnati-Dayton Road, West Chester, Ohio 45069, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday by appointment.
