VILLAGE OF SOUTH LEBANON PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE Please be advised that a public hearing will be held by the Village of South Lebanon Planning Commission on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the South Lebanon Municipal Building, 10 N. High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio, 45065, to address the following issue: Redwood USA, LLC (Applicant) has submitted a preliminary development plan (PDP) for the property located along Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road between Turtle Creek and Sutton Drive (41.031 acres, Parcel ID 12-01-151-013-2). The Applicant is proposing to create a multi-family development consisting of 110 two-bedroom apartments. Said property is currently zoned I-1 (Light Industrial) and the Applicant is requesting a change to R-3 PUD (Single & Multi-Family Residential Planned Unit Development). Upon review and recommendation by the Planning Commission, the matter will be forwarded to the Village Council for further action.
