Washington Township Board of Zoning Appeals Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on October 26, 2020 to consider the following case: Case Number: A-1822 Applicant: David Hurley Custom Living, LLC Property Owner: Caroline Peterson and Cindy Schaffer Location: 1876 Stallion Run Request: Variance to increase the allowable size of a detached accessory structure (pool house) from 720 to 1048 square foot The public hearing will be hosted online at the time of this notice. Interested persons may join the meeting and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
