AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to construct a new telecommunications tower facility located at 199 East 4th Street, Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio 45402. The new facility will consist of a +/-38-foot metal pole telecommunications tower with a top mounted antenna for an overall height of 41 feet.
