PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES ZONING COMMISSION CASE # 814 The Beavercreek Township Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 13, 2020, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter. The meeting will be held in the Community Room, lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434. The purpose of the hearing is so the Trustees may review and act on one or more proposed amendments to the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution being proposed by the Zoning Commission. The proposed amendment(s) would change create a new zoning district classification known as the Highway Business Overlay District. No parcels will have their zoning classification altered at this time. The Zoning Commission triggered action by the Trustees via Zoning Commission Case #814. The public may make arrangements to view the application by contacting the Beavercreek Township Zoning Staff at 937-306-0065 or by email at zoning@beavercreektownship.org.
