Public Meeting Notice the City of Vandalia Planning

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to review Case PC 23-05, a request to consider a change of zoning as previously established by the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Vandalia. The request involves six parcels totaling 72.628 acres +/-, located approximately 500 feet south of Park Center Drive on Webster Street in the City of Vandalia. As proposed, the subject properties would be rezoned from A Agriculture, I Industrial, O/IP Office / Industrial Park, and PF Public Facilities zoning districts to PF Public Facilities alone. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The City of Vandalia is committed to transparency and open meetings and will live broadcast this meeting for viewing purposes only via the Zoom app. Please note, no comments, electronic or oral, will be allowed by people while participating electronically through Zoom. Zoom attendees may request log in information by calling the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at 937-898-3750. Log in information will also be available online at the day of the meeting at www.vandaliaohio.org. This meeting will contain a public hearing, if you wish to submit any documents or other evidence for the public hearing it must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 23, 2023. The public may request to view the application in the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at the City of Vandalia Municipal Building.
