PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the requirements of 40 CFR 403.8 (f) (2) (vii), Ohio Revised Code Section 6111.03 (Q) (3), Ohio Administrative Code Section 3745-3-03 (C) (2) (g), the City of Dayton Industrial Pretreatment Program, and Dayton's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit, the City of Dayton must publish a list of Industrial Users that have been in significant noncompliance (SNC) with requirements of Dayton's Industrial Pretreatment Program. SNC is determined on a quarterly basis. This publication covers the four most recent completed quarters, encompassing the time period from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022. The following list - of Users in SNC in any quarter - is presented to fulfill this requirement: SNC FOR VIOLATION OF LIMITS (as below): Hohman Plating, LLC (814 Hillrose Avenue) Reason: copper and total metals limits exceeded. Actions Taken: enforcement by the City of Dayton; the facility adjusted/modified/improved factors affecting process and/or pretreatment system operations. Proline Finishing (1 Armor Road) Reason: lead and zinc limits exceeded. Dayton Metal Finishing (2221 Arbor Blvd.) Reason: required report overdue greater than 45 days.
