PUBLIC NOTICE The Montgomery County Educational Service Center Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revised Code that Beth Pendergast, currently employed as a Special Programs Supervisor with the Montgomery County Educational Service Center will retire and is seeking re-employment in that same position, following retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public meeting on the issue of Beth Pendergast being reemployed as a Special Programs Supervisor with the Montgomery County Educational Service Center at 4:30 pm on July 6, 2023 at the Montgomery County Educational Service Center Board of Education Office, 200 South Keowee Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. 3-2/2023
