COURT OF COMMON PLEAS BUTLER COUNTY, OHIO NOTICE OF SUIT FOR COMPLAINT- OTHER CIVIL TO: The following individuals and entities, and their respective unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses, successors, and assigns and unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs: First Baptist Church of Coke Otto, 180 Elliot Ave, New Miami, OH 45011 NOTICE is hereby given that, on December 13, 2022, The First Baptist Church of New Miami, filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Ohio, case no. CV 2022 12 2063, to correct the chain of title related to the property known as Lot 74, Parcel No. L5300002000104 of the Butler County Auditor, and located at 180 Elliot Ave, New Miami, OH 45011. Specifically related to a Deed recorded of record in Butler County Ohio in 1907 as Book 161, Page 314 which shows that Defendant, First Baptist Church of Coke Otto, having an interest in the East One-half of Lot 74 and Plaintiff, First Baptist Church of New Miami is shown as having an interest in the West One-half of Lot 74 by way of a Deed recorded in Butler County Ohio in 1930, as Book 294, Page 613. The Plaintiff has brought this case in order for the Court to show First Baptist Church of New Miami the title vested owner of the east one-half of Lot 74 and the west one-half of Lot 74 which combined make up parcel No. L5300002000104 as recognized by Butler County Auditor and otherwise known as 180 Elliot Ave, New Miami, OH 45011. Within twenty-eight days after the publication of this notice, each of the above-named defendants are required to serve upon the Clerk of Court of Butler County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas, at the address listed below, a copy of an answer to the complaint.
