Chu, Guardian of the Estate of Georgia M. Fields vs. Georgia M. Fields, et al. This action has been assigned Case #20192043A and is pending in the Probate Division of the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, Ohio, 50 East Columbia Street, 5th Floor, Springfield, Ohio 45502. The object of the Complaint to sell the real estate of the Ward, Georgia M. Fields, said real estate being located at and commonly known as 316 Gruen, Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, 45505 and more particularly described as follows: Situated in the City of Springfield, County of Clark and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Being Lot No. Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-three (13753) as the same is numbered and designated in Layne's Third Addition to the City of Springfield, as recorded in the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio, Volume 8, Page 148. Subject to restrictions of record. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks.
