Hughley, et al. Defendants NOTICE TO THE DEFENDANTS: Jermaine L. Hughley, his unknown heirs, successors, and/or assigns; Unknown Spouse of Jermaine L. Hughley, their heirs, successors, and/or assigns; and Unknown Tenants, whose last known address is 607 W. Euclid Avenue, Springfield, Ohio 45506, Parcel No. 3400600004418038 ("Property"). The complete legal description for the Property may be obtained from the Clark County, Ohio Auditor. On October 24, 2022, Neighborhood Housing Partnership of Greater Springfield, Inc. ("Plaintiff') filed a Complaint In Foreclosure wherein you were named party Defendants. Said Complaint In Foreclosure demands judgment against Defendants, Jermaine L. Hughley, his unknown heirs, successors, and/or assigns; Unknown Spouse of Jermaine L. Hughley, their heirs, successors, and/or assigns; and Unknown Tenants, (a) that the mortgage instruments executed from Jermaine L. Hughley to Plaintiff, as detailed in Plaintiffs Complaint In Foreclosure, which secured promissory notes from Jermaine L. Hughley to Plaintiff, be defaulted; (b) that the Property be sold at judicial sale; (c) that all defendants be required to set up their interests, or be forever barred; (d) that Plaintiff, recover its costs of this action; and (e) that Plaintiff be awarded such other legal and equitable relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
