LEGAL NOTICE The Defendant, Fairway Lawn Care Services, Inc., whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on February 28, 2019, the Plaintiff, The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the registered holders of ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-4, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-4, filed its Complaint in Case No. CV 2019 02 0447, in the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4391 Pleasant Ave, Hamilton, OH 45015, Permanent Parcel No. P6462021000037, P6462021000034, P6462021000024, P6462021000041, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant has or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendant, Fairway Lawn Care Services, Inc. is required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
